Today (17th of November) me my mum and dad went down to Waitemata rugby league ground's. We went down for my dad's tag (also commonly known as ripper rugby) team, today I had my first saught-a proper game. It was really fun balls flying here and there, people running faster than a cheetah on fire, balls coming to me left, right and centre. It was so intense, adrenaline rushing, hands getting ready to catch and legs running on the sideline (trying) not to step out with these (savage, little boy eating monsters) adults running faster than Michael Jackson's accountant. I had heaps of fun even though it was a little bit hectic I still had lots of fun...thanks for reading, signing out iGlork!!!

Very yummy Fish Pie!!!

Ingredients:                                                  1 cup of milk
25g of Butter                                                500g smoked fish, or 425g can tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon of milk                                     1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
3 cups of cooked mash potatoes                   Hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon champion standard flour

Preparing:
Mix first mixture of butter and milk into potatoes, beating with a fork to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Line a 20cm pie dish with half the potatoes. Set remaining potatoes aside. Heat second measure of butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and cook until frothy. Gradually add second measure of milk, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Add fish, parsley and eggs. Pour this mixture into the lined pie dish. Cover with remaining potato. Cook at 190C for 20 minutes or until pale golden.

This yummy pie serves 4-6 but I really don't care how big you make it just as long as you do make it. Prepare, make it and EAT it...YUM!!Thanks for reading, signing out iGlork!!

Our Science experiments

A couple of weeks ago our teacher brought in this book no one knew what it was, she opened and her face lit up then she told us "it's a Science book" we all screamed and cheered and now this week on Friday (19th of November) we got to choose some of our very own experiments. We got into groups and she called us up 1 by 1 after everyone chose we had to plan and prepare, The experiments we chose were: a "Fizzy Fruit Drink" which all it is is baking soda, an orange, sugar and a glass, once I make it I'll tell you how to, and the second is "Baked Ice-Cream", now I don't really know how this works but once again when I make it I'll tell YOU how to. And finally the book that our teacher is called: 501 SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS if you see this I recommend this book for ages maybe 8+ ,it is really fun and really you only need little bits of ingredients to make so if you see BUY...Thanks for reading, signing out iGlork!!!

Athletics Day...

Athletics Day is tomorrow and I cant wait. There's gonna be a lot of events such as: Relays (Batons), Sprints, High jump, Long Jump, Discus and MY personal favourite Shot Put, I cant wait for Shot Put because we have been doing lots of practice with the people in my age group. What I think I really need to try my hardest on is Sprints, I'm not that good but I think I will do really well, I'll try my hardest and What I think I'm best at is Shot Put (and maybe Discus), I'll have competition in both events being as that everyone wants to win so much. But overall I just really want to have some fun and try my hardest
